I checked the reviews only after i gave contract to deliver my parcel. After seeing the reviews i was very scared that something wouldn‘t work. But i am very Thankfull and happy that i recieved today my Package and want to say Thanks to Ecoparcel. Maybe the Costumerservice needs some fineruning or ajusting but, i wasn‘t expecting a fast delivery for this Price but everything worked well, so all in all im happy. Thanks

Yes, we guarantee one collection attempt as part of the service. If the courier decides to return on the next business day, this is at their discretion and not something we can guarantee.
In cases where the initial collection fails and no second attempt is made, the order is marked as cancelled.
However, to help resolve such situations, we offer a Rebook Collection option through the "My Orders" self-service interface. This allows you to request another collection attempt for a fee of up to €5 (update address and select a new collection date), which covers the cost of the additional collection, not the full transportation charge.

I arranged for the pickup of 2 houses, they were supposed to be picked up on the same day, but the courier came on 2 different days and to a different address, which complicated the transfer. Instead of 5 minutes of meeting, the courier and I spent 40 minutes in total

Good afternoon,
We see that you’ve booked two separate orders from different addresses and for delivery to two different countries. Please note that each route is handled by a different courier.
For your first shipment, the parcel was collected on July 15, 2025 at 12:00. The courier then visited the second pickup location at 16:00, but was unable to collect the parcel as the shipper was not available. The courier returned the following day to complete the collection.
Your parcel was picked up in France and delivered to the consignee in Belgium within 48 hours, exactly as outlined in your booking.
If you would like to have multiple parcels collected from the same address in a single stop, please create one order and add all of your parcels to that order.

This was the second time I needed to post camping gear back home to Ireland from Hungary. In the past I used Hungarian Post for that, which worked quite well but cost a lot too. This time I tried to use courier services directly — no dice: GLS stated they don't post to Ireland, DPD didn't respond to inquiries and their app had progress broken at the stage of mandatory destination postcode lookup, UPS and the like cost even more than the Post. Ecoparcel solved this last mile problem very well: competitive pricing, easy to use and working website. In the end, surprisingly, it was GLS who picked up the parcel and it made it home quite well and safe. I, however, had to find a way to arrange collection from an address to make it all work. If Ecoparcel also allowed to arrange a way to bring one's parcel to a collection point (e.g., to a GLS or DPD Parcel Shop), their service would be simply perfect. Anyway, looking forward to use Ecoparcel again now, thanks heaps!
