False information and serious delays related to the service with reference 696VEX01. ETA after pick up was 12.12.2025, and 17.12.2025 at 09:45 the pallet wasn´t delivered yet but it shows as delivered at Ecoparcel tracking. False info all along from Guoda Ber.

EcoParcel Review Everything is fine with EcoParcel — until you have a problem. Once something goes wrong, be prepared to lose a lot of time and patience trying to solve it. In my case, the shipment from Croatia to Romania went smoothly, with no issues. But the package from Romania to the Netherlands turned into a long and frustrating experience. First, the collection was delayed by two days without any notification. Then, when the package finally reached the Netherlands on December 9, it simply stopped moving. The tracking showed “consignee refused” and “wrong address,” which were both completely false. No delivery attempt was actually made, and no SMS, email, or call was ever received from the courier. When I reached out to EcoParcel support, the replies were polite but repetitive — mostly asking me to “check the tracking page” or “wait 1–2 days.” Even after escalating, no real progress happened for more than a week. Eventually, another agent told me to “update my address,” even though I had already confirmed multiple times that all the details were correct and even shared a screenshot showing them. The situation would have been much easier if their partner courier simply called on arrival or left a notice, as most delivery companies do. Instead, the package is still stuck, and I’m left with no clear solution or communication. It’s really disappointing because EcoParcel works fine for simple shipments, but as soon as there’s a complication, it becomes clear that their problem-solving, communication, and local courier coordination are very poor.

Pros: Fast postage. Sent in early December, and it arrived within a week (from Belgium to Sweden). Cons: The final cost was about twice the advertised cost, even accounting for taxes. The parcel locker was closed early the first time I went, so I had to make a second trip. There was no communication to advise of the early closure, except for a notice on the door of the address. Including the time spent trying to reschedule the drop-off and talking to customer support, this cost me a couple of hours. They also didn't refund me any of the amount paid, despite the inconvenience.
