A great service. Fast, financially convenient. My parcel was ordered on Thursday from Berlin (Germany) and after a couple of days - on Monday morning- was on my doorstep in England. Thank you very much

This was my first order - I shipped four boxes of up to 20kg from Spain to Scotland. The service was truly excellent and I'd recommend them to anyone. The courier came as scheduled and picked the parcels, bringing sticky labels for them. They took five working days with everything intact. There was no hassle, just great service and a fantastic price. Would use again.

Already at my 8th order via Ecoparcel.Everything went smooth on all orders,collection dates were always respected and shipping times were pretty much as estimated.I might add that the chosen carrier for my country was GLS.I'd highly recommend Ecoparcel to everyone!

The experience went smoothly enough. I found (would have liked to know sooner) on the Collection day which company would deliver my parcel ( GLS ) and even as I live in a college dorm they managed to find the correct place and intercom. The delivery was fast too and while the receiver wasn't home they left the package to the neighbour after they got his signature and all. Thankfully it was a London single-family residential area so I could sorta trust the neighbourhood. Neighbour delivered the package on the same evening. The price was more than reasonable for the times an insirance coming with it. Definitely competitive. Would still like if when placing an order they would give more information on who ends up coming for delivery and such. Staying a full working day home is a bit much. Glad I chose this solution to send a parcel over others.

Such a relief to find this service! After a year in Spain we were going to have some serious issues with luggage going back to Australia. Enter a friend from London who volunteered to take 10kgs off our hands and bring it with her on her Christmas trip home. Find a box, pack it with 10 kgs, wrap in lots of tape and book online with Ecoparcel. Could it really be that easy? You bet! They give you a day, pick it up, complete with the label, and you then track it online. 5 days later - it's in London! Such a shame you don't do Australia as well....

Delivered in 3 days from netherlands to spain. Nothing Broken.

Satisfied as the packages arrived earlier than estimated. I will use the service again.
