Excellent service!. Very happy every time i use Ecoparcel to send stuff to Romania. Parcel picked up on time and arrive to destination without any issue. Couldn't ask for more.

Buon servizio. Dopo qualche mese trascorso in Svezia avevo la necessità di spedire un po' delle mie cose in Italia. Questo servizio leggendo le recensioni online mi è sembrato il più affidabile tra quelli low cost. Si ordina dal sito inserendo l'indirizzo di partenza e quello di arrivo (i prezzi per 10kg-20kg-30kg sono praticamente uguali, cosa fantastica!). Avendo molte cose non di valore materiale ma per me molto importanti nel pacco ho preferito fare "l'assicurazione aggiuntiva" per 300€ pagando quindi 60€ invece che 45€ (comunque conveniente considerando il peso di 20kg). Si seleziona la data in cui si preferisce che il corriere recuperi il pacco all'indirizzo di spedizione (nella fascia oraria 8-18). Si effettua il pagamento sul sito e si ricevono due e-mail di conferma, una di ecoparcel e una del corriere selezionato (nal mio caso Schenker) che allega un foglio da stampare e attaccare al pacco. Il corriere è arrivato alle 15.00 del giorno prestabilito e ha preso il pacco senza problemi (abito al terzo piano senza ascensore). Quattro giorni dopo il mio pacco è arrivato all'indirizzo corretto in Italia senza problemi. Reputo per questi motivi il servizio molto buono, l'unica pecca riguarda le informazioni di tracciamento che fornisce ecoparcel, infatti viene indicata solo la nazione dove si trova il pacco, vengono fornite un po' in ritardo e non sono nè chiare nè precise.

Great service at affordable prices. I sent 6 boxes from Croatia to Spain and everything went very well. The boxes arrived only one week later at my new address in Valencia, Spain. I definitely recommend Ecoparcel to anyone and would use it again in the future.

Very efficient!. Such a relief to find this service! After a year in Spain we were going to have some serious issues with luggage going back to Australia. Enter a friend from London who volunteered to take 10kgs off our hands and bring it with her on her Christmas trip home. Find a box, pack it with 10 kgs, wrap in lots of tape and book online with Ecoparcel. Could it really be that easy? You bet! They give you a day, pick it up, complete with the label, and you then track it online. 5 days later - it's in London! Such a shame you don't do Australia as well....

Fast and Reliable. Denmark to UK. The experience went smoothly enough. I found (would have liked to know sooner) on the Collection day which company would deliver my parcel ( GLS ) and even as I live in a college dorm they managed to find the correct place and intercom. The delivery was fast too and while the receiver wasn't home they left the package to the neighbour after they got his signature and all. Thankfully it was a London single-family residential area so I could sorta trust the neighbourhood. Neighbour delivered the package on the same evening. The price was more than reasonable for the times an insirance coming with it. Definitely competitive. Would still like if when placing an order they would give more information on who ends up coming for delivery and such. Staying a full working day home is a bit much. Glad I chose this solution to send a parcel over others.
