I didn't had troubles. I heard about this company from a friend, who used it and he didn't had troubles. He had to send some boxes from Czech Republic to England. This time I needed to send a box to Portugal ( I'm in Czech Republic), and of course I read so many negative feedbacks. I agree that the company should create a line support for clients, because we feels better if we could speak with someone, than waiting for a email. But I gave it a try, and I'm very happy with the service. Also, I wanted to cancel one shipment, and it was very easy to do. The money was refunded immediately so I could place a new order . I recommend it.

Before order have found some negative feedback, but I realised it was 2010-2012 but this company was created 2014 therefore decided to try and sent Xmas gifts to my sons from Estepona, Malaga, Spain to Vilnius, Lithuania 10 days before Xmas! Expected some delays in this busiest time of year, I was very nicely surprised that my sons got gifts in time! Thank you! Cheapest price and quick delivery!

surprisingly good. I wanted to cancel one shipment as I got a full day shift at work, and it's really easy to do so! The money was refunded immediately so I could place a new order . The shipment itself was very quick and I didn't experience any problems whatsoever. Great!

Very good service for an excellent price!. I am sorry for my previous review that was made little too fast. I was waiting for the parcel pickup and expected that someone would call me in the morning, scheduling the pickup later that day. This did not happen and I got little scared, bu the guy did show up later on and picked up my parcel as planned. It has been delivered from Italy to Slovakia on 3rd working day, for the best price I found on the Internet. The package arrived on time and in good condition. I have no issues with using this company again, or recommending it to someone else. Thank you!

Delivered on time!. My contact wasn't there to pick up the package, but the courier sent a pickup location - so they got it fairly quickly! About 3 days after picking up the package (NL - PL).

servicio correcto a muy buen precio. EL paquete fue recogido el día pactado, y llego a casa con dos días de retraso respecto a lo previsto, en perfectas condiciones. Muy buenos precios para el servicio que ofrecen. Lo único, añadir que sería útil que llamasen por teléfono para concretar una hora aproximada de recogida/entrega del paquete.

No Problems Whatsoever. I don't understand why so many horrible reviews. I shipped 4 parcels by now to different countries and never had any serious problems. To be fair, the only thing that's can cause some trouble is that the courier may be a day late to pick up. But hey, if you live in Italy you're used to that attitude, and Ecoparcel cannot really change that- they work with partners as I understand. Would definitely recommend to everyone (just have one day extra to pick up just in case)
