Never ever book with Ecoparcel. They don't earn money on deliveries, but on theft. Once you pay a few hundred Euros for their service, they keep your money AND your valuable items. Lost a few thousand Euros for sending 14 packages that never arrived. They never answer your emails. Will leave it to my lawyer now.

It works as a parcel delivery service should, it delivers parcels.

I shipped two packages on tuesday from Sweden and the next monday they arrived in Italy. No problem to report.

Everything was OK, fast delivery.

I was planing to send my package with ecoparcel. Two days before pick up, I cancelled it online due to a change of plans but the pick up team still showed up. No package was sent but still I was charged. I asked for my money back and someone working there called Melissa told me the money was back into my account as credit... I explained again I wanted my money back on my account. After having said this I never got a reply from them again. Melissa, EcoParcel and everyone in the customer service is deliberately ignoring my emails and keeping money which is not THEIRS! Since there is no phone number I can use to reach out to them, the only thing left to do is to continue emailing them each week, to comment on their facebook page with this terrrible experience and write reviews such as this to warn other potential clients NOT to use them!

I've used Ecoparcel many times and I was always very satisfied especially my last order. It took 4 days instead 6/8 expected.

The courier stole my package so the package was never delivered. They do not respond on my emails and after i responded on facebook they blocked me. The package was worth 300 pounds !!!!! Do not send anything with ecoparcel.

I was able to send send and receive my luggages without any delays. The tracking info is very helpful to make me feel at ease of the location of my packages.
