Very rude conduct by employees, late pickup, wrong delivery and atlast when I got my luggage it was torn and the handles were broken. The worst experience . We were 7 people who shipped our luggage. Everyone had bad experience with ecoparcel. Would never suggest.

They never answer email, and my box is coming bak to destination because of that. Very slow approach to the clients, do not reccomend!

Good experience, no problem at all

Everything went smoothly. The parcel arrived in a few days The parcel was collected a bit later than agreed though

The transport is perfect and the box arrive in a few days. Perfect!

Good service and delivery

I use Ecoparcel almost every day. They are always available to help if there is an issue with anything and always reliable. Recommend them often to other entrepreneurs as well.

The service is really quick and excellent

This is the last time that I use EcoParcel for sending packets. Since I had many trouble with the delivery (it took 1 month from Italy to Germany) it has been clear that the weak point of the service is the customer assistance, NO HUMAN CONTACT. If a problem occurs you can't phone to anyone but just write email. Sometimes they answer, sometimes not and the only contact you have is in front of a display filling a form to request support. The way the problems have been handled is indescribable. Moreover, in my case the webtool "TRACK YOUR PARCEL" has almost never worked as well as the mail that should arrive at least the same day or the day before that advice the packet is coming ("out for delivery"). It has been an hell.

I used Ecoparcel to pick up a parcel in hotel in Rome and deliver it to Brussels. I found those dealing with my inquiries very helpful and the pick-up and delivery was extremely efficient.Before booking Ecoparcel I had checked a number of companies and Ecoparcel was the cheapest for the locations involved.
