the parcel took more than 2 weeks to be delivered because the courier experienced problems in finding the address. The customer service replied to my requests not before 1 working day or even longer.

Used them once, no problem. Going on a holiday so shipping month supply of specially prescribed baby formula. So i thought will use them again. Ordered collection again for Wed, no one collected. Reported at 6 pm, took them 22 hrs to reply, technical error they say. in a meantime no one collected on Thursday either. When replied offered collection for Monday. Asked for collection for Friday on Thursday afternoon but will probably get negative answer Friday afternoon. That means 3 days all together cannot leave the house and if there's another technical error will take another 3 days to sort out. Advice: use if you're not working, not in the rush and dont expect prompness in customer service. When asked them if collected on Monday will my parcel be delivered to its destination before certain date this is the answer; But I just replied to you. Did you not receive my message? When in fact she never answered my question.

Absolutely brilliant and reliable ! Great value when you think that The post office is charging you 63€ for sending not even 13kg to France . Guess what? With Eco Parcel I sent 2 boxes (33 kg +27 kg) to France for 72€ !!! Thank you Eco Parcel ! You rock!

Very happy with the services provided; order was processed quickly and announced collection and delivery dates were respected. If Ecoparcel could find a way to reduce the time windows for collection and delivery the service would receive 5 stars.
