I've used this company more than three times! And all is perfect! From Latvia to Italy, 50 kg for only 42 eur.. in less than 10 days! What else?

The days for delivery aren't the ones specified in the website (it took way more than the 5 days max) and as a plus the package was delivered with damages which was caused by the handling given that they were properly protected. The fact that the delivery took more time led to a rescheduling which also showed problems. At the first attempt the courier didn't show up and the package stayed in the warehouse for 1 week more. Nobody explained why and only after several unanswered messages via facebook, website and e-mail, I was told that the package had been damaged without mentioning what was broken and how many items (we should specify what's in there but we get no feedback from them?). Then, a second rescheduling was agreed to a Wednesday but the courier showed up one day before, meaning that if by chance nobody was at home to pick the package that would have taken probably another week. Since the delivery, no refunding was done so far due to damaging and delaying, so by all these reasons, I totally don't reccomend! Best regards, Pedro Ramos

Parcel was supposed to be collected on Thurs 27th April according to the web portal and nobody showed up, someone had to be waiting at home for the parcel to be collected and it did not happen, neither the following day Friday or Monday (which is fair enough because Monday it was a bank holiday, but not the other days). Overall because of the delay and the lack of communication it made it really frustrating to know when the parcel was going to be collected and arrive to destination.

I received the parcels after 8 days, a little bit slow, and I couldn't track them; but when I wrote to the customer service on facebook they replied in a few hours very kindly and precisely.
