The package collection was planned for the day 11th May but the company did not pick up. After 4 days, nobody came so I decided to write an email. Finally, the customer service of ecoparcel decided to cancel the shipment

Es la mejor empresa con la que he hecho envíos. Cada dos meses mi familia me envía comida, vinos y ropa y todo siempre ha llegado en buen estado. Recogen la caja en tu casa y te la envían a la dirección exacta donde tu quieres. La recomiendo 100%

It is almost pointless reviewing this company as despite the genuine complaints showing how poor this company is at 1 star (and it would be less if possible) the truth is hidden under a load of bogus "Excellent" & "Fabulous" comments! As many people have plainly stated at best ecoparcel.eu is incompetent and in reality more likely dishonest they certainly have stopped responding to my enquires and have not compensated me or refunded my balance. Their insurance cover seem more like a way of scanning the value of the packages so they can disappear. If this is not the case they should do the honest thing and remove themselves from the courier industry Trading Standards will be my next port of call perhaps their London address can be terminated as a start.
