The overall service is good but the online platform needs improvements: an alert message on the pick-up date before proceeding would have saved me requests to cancel the order and refund. I contacted the Customer Service which is operating fine since I saw my requests executed but did not really receive any message in between which kept me wondering for a couple of days if I had to place another order. The pick-up date changed automatically when proceeding through the order itself which is not something I could imagine as I have experienced this nowhere else on the Net.. Overall I'd recommend this platform to friends as it is price-competitive and with some warnings on how the procedure works, so far seemed to be the best option to send packages.

Everything went well, just the collection and delivering time frames were quite huge so I had to wait the whole day (which kinda sucks) otherwise good service

I booked the delivery of two boxes. They were not picked up on the day we agreed. A prior communication would have been helpful. One was delivered promptly whilst the second one was lost somewhere in Belgium. It was finally found and delivered (a week later after the first one arrived) A faster response from customer service would have been much appreciated. I am not sure if I would recommend this company, or I just had a bad experience.

Some troubles with collection but once collected all very good. I will use it again.

The only cons is that you could say a smaller range of time when the guy can come due to I had to wait until 4:30pm since 8:00am. But, for the rest, It was so fast and the parcel arrived safely from Glasgow to Spain un 2days.
