Overall, I am very satisfied with the Europarcel's services. The parcel was picked on time and it has been delivered in a perfect condition. The only 2 things which I could complain about is that the parcel arrived after 6 days and that there was no name put on the delivery sticker (even though I have provided it on the website), so that there was a confusion when the parcel arrived. But other than that there was no major problems. Great service and a reasonable price.

The packages arrived very quickly and in good condition. Money for canceled orders was reimbursed immediately. My only complaint is that is impossible to contact an agent or the courier company directly if you have a last minute problem. I opened a ticket because the contact info on my order was incorrect and the parcels were scheduled for pickup that same day. It took the agent more than 24 hours to get back to me, well after the pickup had occurred.

The first try was a fail. I spent all day at home waiting for pick-up only to receive a notification that the parcels couldn't be collected "due to the absence of shipper". So after my communication with the customer support, who was surprisingly responsive, I received the money back in my Ecoparcel account and reopened the order. This time the parcels were picked up and delivered on the planned dates. However I had to request the tracking number from the carrier to be able to follow the parcel (you can't do it with Ecoparcel codes). Despite the promise of a door-to-door delivery, the courrier refused to take the parcels up to the flat ("you did not pay for it") and was complaining about the weight ("we don't do over 20 kg") - so it seems like Ecoparcel is not allow with the local courrier services. After all, the service remains really cheap and I managed to get my parcels to the final destination. However, be prepared that anything that can go wrong, will go wrong.

The courier never calls me on my phone when he is here at the address so how can I know they arrived for the collection???????? I have never been so much frustrated as no one gives any support and I have 2 packages blocked here since ore than one week with 2 clients complaining to me that need explanations for what it is happening. Quick delivery and a great price. Customer services gave me great confidence in their service and I would recommend this service to everyone.

Perfect. The only thing would be that the tracking system sometimes is a bit slow to report where the item is, but other than that the collection and delivery went smoothly. Good service.
