Quick and reliable service from Italy to Poland

It started "with the wrong food", when the courier picked the package (52kg) and didn't have any kind of lift; it developed even worst, when the package was delivered without transmitting my phone and email to the destination courier... I had to rent a car to pick up my package at the last day and... box damaged... really unacceptable!

Picked up on Tuesday in Spain and delivered on Friday in the UK, better service would be impossible to find.

I am very satisfied with the service. I have sent parcel from Ireland to Latvia. It was picked up after one day after I made a request. Parcel was delivered in 10 days. It was possible to track the parcel. One thing to improve: it wasn't written anywhere when they can pick the parcel, there was no communication at all, was a bit worried if I will miss it or noone will come at all. I would recommend this company :) thank you!

Customer support didn't provide any support, they cannot contact with the courier and they do not come back to thir clients when they have issues. The agent or the bot they are using copied and pasted a pre-formatted text saying me some obvious things, she didn't even bothered herself reading what I wrote.It's the 4th time the courier cancel my shipment saying I am not at the address, that is not true. The courier never calls me on my phone when he is here at the address so how can I know they arrived for the collection???????? I have never been so much frustrated as no one gives any support and I have 2 packages blocked here since ore than one week with 2 clients complaining to me that need explanations for what it is happening.
