Sadly it's a hit and miss. My first order was perfect but the current one is simply a huge big mess. They were supposed to come yesterday to collect the parcel, nothing happened and when I contacted the customer support (no number provided, so everything takes a lot of time), after a few hours they simply said that they would contact the depot and then stopped replying. I'm moving out today and after several attempts to make contact and ask them what I'm supposed to do with this parcel, I got no replies and the order is simply in Out for Collection state. There is simply no way to contact either them or the courier in real time. It's a pity, but I strongly suggest to use another service if you really need to make sure that the collection process goes smoothly (who doesn’t want to though?). === Update after getting a comment here on TrustPilot (It's a short version of what I told them on their internal ticketing system that I post here for transparency) It's noon and no replies except on TrustPilot. Honestly, I'm very disappointed that there's no direct contact to sort this out in real time, there's no way to edit my order to specify a different address, there is basically no way to know what is going on. This is causing me major issues and I am sorry, but the score on TrustPilot right now is the least of my concerns. To be clear, the problem is not the fact that a collection might be delayed, the problem is the total lack of transparency on what's going on and how a missed/delayed collection is being dealt with. === Update six days later The old order has been cancelled and I've been refunded. I've then created a new order and today the parcel hasn't been collected again for lack of time. It starts feeling like a joke but hopefully it'll be collected tomorrow.

Good, cheap, but delivery time could be more specific. If I would find company for the same price and more time specific, I would change it right away. I did not like the idea to be home all day, just in case I would miss driver. This is the only bad thing. Otherwise all good. That's why I dont give 5star, because of time. Thank you

Economic and reliable service

Picked up on Thursday (in Spain, Murcia) and delivered on Tuesday (Czech Republic). Everything ok. Would be better to be informed about time before pick up and deliver. I recommend.

Muy mal, llevo esperando dos semana para recibir un paquete, y me han dicho que algo se ha roto y si yo no llego a preguntar nadie me avisa y después de estar esperando varios días para ver si me lo envían o no, veo en el track: Destroyed, pregunto que quiere decir esto y nadie me responde. Lo peor es que no hay ningún chat o teléfono con el que hablar directamente. Vamos no volveré nunca mas. (Eran unas botellas de vidrio y no se pueden llevar botellas, es mi culpa, el problema está cuando algo falla que nadie te atiende, he mandado varios correos a claim y nadie me ha contestado aún, y en atención al cliente me dicen que les pide a la compañía de paquetería que los envíen rápido, pero no les responden y ellos no me dan ninguna fecha de entrega, vamos que no solucionan nada, a mi por lo menos hasta la fecha y llevo una semana detrás de alguna aclaracion para la fecha de entrega)

fast service for a reasonable price

I sent 6 parcels all at once: 5 of them arrived within 3 working days (great!) while the last one arrived a week later than the others. This was a little bit weird although service was good and all the time I could track my parcel. Customer service replied very fast about my concern, this is why I would use Ecoparcel again, of course! Maybe a little improvement could be the possibility of knowing when the parcel is going to be delivered a couple of hours in advance.
