My parcel, a very big luggage, was lost. Someone probably stole it, cause you can't lose a luggage so big, but no investigations were made. The answer to all my complains about the situation was "we will give you back your insurance money". I sent the mail with all the information ecoparcel asked me to have my insurance for the lost parcel in August. I did not receive any reply and any money, now that it is october i am still waiting! I wrote many times to ecoparcel facebook assistence and they blocked me so i can not write to them anymore! Worst experience ever! I strongly recommend you not to use ecoparcel for your shippins! I observed a huge lack of professionalism and and decency. They made my lost my money and a luggage with many clothes and objects. I can not find any positive thing on this experience with ecoparcel:.

Smooth pickup and delivery from Sweden to Germany. Only took 3 workings days and package arrived in good condition. Send my luggage with this door-to-door service, absolutely worth the money than paying for luggage add on with airline service.

very fast deliver from Poland to Portugal, took 5 working days since they picked untill delivery. i use ecpparcel for about 4 years now and never had a problem. service is just great and i strongly recommend it. Continue the good work

Quick and cheap door to door delivery.

No phone number. No e-mail. No reasonable for of contact on the website. No communication.

It took a week to arrive, but in the end all well. They even put some extra tape for safety of the box. Would definitely use again.

This was the first time that I used this site and was slighly sceptical that it would work successfully in France. I signed up and needed a parcel collecting from an address (in the middle of nowhere) in SW France to be delivered to an address in Italy. Item was booked in on Friday evening collected from me on Monday morning and arrived in Italy on the Friday. You can check on the transit progress and the price seems very reasonable. I would recommend and use again. Very pleased
