Servizio eccezionale! Rapido e preciso e tracking efficientissimo! Lo riutilizzerò sicuramente.

Good communication ( I opened a few tickets with questions ), fast delivery. As other people have mentioned, for pick up they put a 9-6 time frame. My pick up was at 6 PM sharp so we had to stay at home all day so we don't miss it :(. Would be just easier for everybody if you can narrow down the collection time to just a few hours, not the whole day.

Llevo todo el día esperando pasen a recoger el paquete. No ha venido nadie, llamo a asmred.com, y dicen que no tienen mi pedido porque lo he hecho on line, me dan telefono de la delegación que me corresponde y no me cogen el teléfono, me dejan a la espera y luego me cortan. Ya no sé con quien contactar. Es la primera vez que utilizo sus servicios, "gran comienzo". Estoy muy enfadada.

I sent 7 boxes from the UK to Spain and the service was very good and fast. The boxes arrived in a very good condition. I am very happy with Ecoparcel service I will recommend it.

Perfect sending, perfect price, quick times

This was my first time using ecoparcel, and everything went flawlessly. I had to choose a parcel service over my country's postal services, because they are horribly expensive, and it's something I cannot afford right now. I've ordered the package to be picked up on the 8th December. The delivery guy took it with no issues and as of today (13th December) it has reached its destination. From Hungary to UK in 5 days! I'll use their services in the future and hopefully I won't be disappointed.

Tenia contratada la empresa para recoger 7 cajas y enviarlas a España. La recogida era un lunes y el miercoles aun no habian venido. Al final he cancelado el envio. Ahora espero que me devuelvan mi dinero

The worst company ever. No chance to get in touch with them, no reply on messages. They charged money but the parcel was not collected and its status was collected. I will never use it again.
