Collection of our parcel was delayed and we could not get any information about the reasons nor about when we could expect it to happen. Fortunately, after the collection a couple of days later, all went well and the parcel was delivered successfully.

Service provided as expected. Picking up could have been better as driver parked van not very close and then “invited” me to carry the box myself as for him it seems heavy.

The parcel arrived after 12 days instead of 6 and the tracking is not working properly.

Great service. Parcel collected from Spain and delivered to Italy with no issues. Took 6 days to arrive however this was during the Christmas period. Box and contents arrived safely. Would definitely use again.

Great service, was only expecting for the parcel to be delivered a day or 2 earlier. Would recommend!

We are disappointed as parcel has never been collected, destination labels were mixed up with somebody else’s and there is no direct way to contact europarcel by any means!

I sent a parcel from my parents in Spain to myself in England. The automated pick up day was 25th Dec but it did not get collected to 26th Dec. Luckily I was in as the courier came before I had a reply from my online query. As it was Christmas day I also couldn't get through to the courier on the phone no provided. The updates on delivery date came on the morning of delivery but I was able to make sure someone was in today so that worked out ok. Given that it was Christmas period it all went fairly smoothly.

It was quite fast and without any problems.

8 working days for "door to door" delivery from Ireland to Croatia; excellent job if we know it's Xmas time. I'll stay with you trug my futures delivers.
