Very good price and service. It took from Sunday (when I paid) to Friday (when I got the package) to get the parcel from Spain to Czech Republik. The service was impecable: they collected the parcel the day they said and was delivered without any damage and on time (I would say even before I expected). The only 'but': I was not able to track the parcel via internet. In fact, five days after the parcel was delivered I got a mail stating my parcel was 'out for delivery'. If the tracking would be better I would rate with 5 stars without any doubt. I will trust them again for further packages for sure.

Il servizio molto rapido e soddisfacente,l'unico problema era che non mi hanno avvisato ne via mail,ne per telefono che non venivano ritirare il pacco in data come da loro indicazione.Sono venuti il giorno dopo che per fortuna ero a casa.Per cui consiglierei di almeno avvisare, così il cliente non sta tutto il giorno ad aspettare,visto che la fascia oraria è abbastanza ampia. I sent 2 parcels to 2 different countries, the packages were switched and sent to the wrong countries. I tried to contact ecoparcel and explain what the situation is and ask them to fix their mistake. Did not get any answer for months even though the complaints that I filed are solved according to the website. I would have been nice to at least get an adequate answer.

Unico pecca è che il corriere é arrivato alle 17.50, pensavo di non vederlo più. Per il resto tutto bene!

I miss a telephone number where to keep in touch with you just in case I would need it... and also about the price... a friend of mine paid already for 13 kg less amount of money that I paid just for five... the rest was fine because you was fast in pick up the box and arrived well in Spain.

I never experienced a customer service as bad as Ecoparcel's. The request for sending was made on 16th January and now, February 14th I still don't know where one of my parcels is. The contact person assigned by Ecoparcel stopped answer me 2 days after the 1st contact and I had to figure it out, all by myself, which transportation company they use and when my parcels were stored. I also had to physically go to a Warehouse to get one of my parcels - the other one was not there anymore and I still don't have the parcel. Despite the multiple contact attempts, my tickets were never answered my Ecoparcel's team. I also asked for a refund and I never had the first answer to that ticket. I do not recommend Ecoparcel services - they do not stand up to their mission and the customer service is practically inexistent.

When I booked the colection it sayd it was 3-5 days. At the 7th day I sent an email regarding the parcel showed on the traking site was held in spain. I recieved the parcel 9 days after it was colected and still no reply to my querie on the email. Parcel was in good condition.

El mejor servicio para envíos internacionales, rápido, seguro y el paquete llegó estupendamente!

We had problems to pick the package. The company didn't call on time and we had to call them more than once.

The booking process is very easy. Time of delivery as expected. I just did not like the tracking feature. For me this is an improvement area.
