Io ero in casa ma il citofono non funzionava e invece che chiamare hanno lasciato il pacco fuori la porta per strada ,ho avuto la fortuna che nessuna l ha presa e l Ho trovata lì fuori dalla porta per caso dopo ore

My package initially cost 26 euros then in the end it cost me 31 euros because according to your calculations the weight did not correspond to the size of the package. the price you put at the beginning is misleading

Everything went well, timings, pick up, wonderful services

- Parcels where not picked up (we had to bring them to the nearest pick-up point) - The parcels got lost, the support never responded to my e-mails*, no telephone-number provided *before I solved the problem myself - In the end, I had to call the sub-contractors multiple times and waited 17 days in total (instead of 4)

- Attractive pricing and timely delivery - Clear recommendation for non commercial use. - For a business, unfortunately a no go on the process side: Invoices are only available AFTER the shipment has been delivered. This in our mind makes it not suitable for business shipments particularly international shipments toward the end of a month: Monthly accounting for most businesses need to close during the first days of the following month. Also, with higher volumes there will be shipments lost, for which then the invoice will be missing, resulting in delays and manual clearing on the accounting side.

I didn’t get my package. It says it has been delivered to my house but ITS NOT TRUE. I want my package, the courier mistake the direction

One week delay and broken stuff in the box. Even tuna cans were waisted… the package handling is not a priority for sure.
