Unexpensive and fast, nothing less

When I submitted the order, the estimated delivery date was December 6. I know that's kind of impossible, but the subsequent process is very confusing. First, I saw nowhere to print the label. Later by email, Silvjia helped me, and told me that a delivery company will contact me. DB Schenker did, finally, the customer service is not that good, but the pickup operator is good. Then it became slow, and parcels remain in Malmo. And after some days, it seemed parcels were handed over to GLS. I was so confused about what was going on. Good thing is that they arrived in good condition.

Two parcel sent at the same time from the ssme place. One delivered other returned, impossible to communicate with your company, you dont care for your customers.

Transporation took 6 days

Great service. Very fast collection and delivery from Portugal to Ireland.

EcoParcel ha recogido mi paquete en Milano, Italia, martes el día 10 de diciembre. Hoy, lunes 16 de diciembre, he recibido el paquete en Malaga, España. La entrega en España ha sido por GLS. Ha tardado un par de dias mas que esperaba, pero en este caso no pasa nada !

I sent 2 parcels, they mixed up the adresses and sent both to the wrong address, in 2 different countries. The support is a non existing thing, you can only chat with a robot who never gives the proper answer and when it arrives to a point that he can’t give an answer anymore, it says “I forward you problem to my colleagues” and after there is no answer at all. No phone number, no email address, no real help. You pay a fortune, your parcels arrive to the wrong address and you can’t get help.
I don’t recommend!
