Parcel was delivered in 4 days
I will say that the service provided was adequate. The items were delivered and my questions were responded to but, There was a delay in getting answers like 2-3 days at times. Overall vincent was excellent and answered my messages when he could. I would recommend them if you're tight on cash as their rates are wonderful but there is little to no communication and the tracking is awful.

Good afternoon,
The estimated lead time was 4 business days. The parcels were delivered in Ireland on the 5th business day as the delivery location was deemed remote, thus taking 48 hours for them to be delivered in IE after the inbound in Dublin.
The tracking events are updated every time the parcels inbound and outbound the depot, we include the depot's location next to the tracking event itself, making it easy to determine where parcels are currently located and which depot is responsible for the last mile delivery.
Unfortunately, there's nothing more to track, only the journey of the parcels.
Once the parcels are ready to be delivered a notifications are sent to the consignee's email address provided.

Very bad experience. They didn't collect the parcel but they marked it as collected. I tried to reach them out several times without answer, When I finally got it, they rearranged the collection but nobody showed up again. I am trying to contact them again without success.
