As a security measure, a valid ID must be presented when collecting a parcel from the Parcelshop. This ensures that the parcel is handed over to the rightful recipient and prevents unauthorized collection.

You have provided the consignee’s name, the consignee must identify himself as a consignee and the parcel is intended for him.

Alternatively, SMS and Email with PIN code are sent to the consignee. PIN code can be provided as authorisation.

The parcel was delivered and left with the concierge, the name of the concierge that accepted the parcel can be found on the tracking page.

Update: After investigation, the consignee confirmed that he collected the parcel from the concierge.

The collection was cancelled because the courier was unable to complete the pickup due to an incorrect address. They attempted to contact the shipper by phone, but there was no response.

The courier couldn't wait any longer and had to proceed to the next client. Additionally, they left a note stating: "Falta andar no atende tlm."

Since you selected a flexible cancellation during the booking process, you are eligible for a full refund of the transportation cost. Please feel free to rebook the collection or request a refund through the help center.
