It's too easy , best and fastest service and also cheaper cost

It came completely open and some of my clothes are missing. I want a refund, this is unacceptable

When looking for a company to transfer some packages from Sweden to Slovakia, EcoParcel offered the best deal. We used their services twice.
When ordering their services, we had to select a pickup day. However, the selected day was irrelevant because the local (Swedish) pickup company sent us an email request to select a pickup day. I am unsure if EcoParcel did not communicate the initially selected pickup day to the local company or if it was just the local company's routine to agree on a custom pickup day.
EcoParcel offers a link to track the delivery, while the local company provides a different one to track the pickup.
Anyway, the packages arrived in a few days (6-10) without damage to the content inside.

They said my package was going to be delivered in 5-6 days and they delivered. Thank you!

when you have a problem, there is no help, just a ChatBOT that treats you like stupid, not solving a problem, after angry tries, forward to a non existing "human" service employee and you lose 2 days, angry client in your ear but ecoparcel not help, till issue solves it self and because of your problem, bad rating, losing client but no compensation from ecoparcel and his subcontractors who made delivery faults, sure not the sender, right??

Transporation took 7 days

Although we explicitly requested personal delivery to the door of a disabled person, the package was delivered to a parcel locker. The person to whom the package was sent cannot pick it up on their own.
