I have sent 2 big and heavy boxes, packed the well and even wrote on them in big letters - fragile. Both parcels damaged from outside and broken inside, looks like both parcels was literally thrown in the van without carrying at all, when I literally made it safe to travel even if they would try to damage. Artworks damaged and the tools are broken. I didn't expect that, not recommend to anyone, unless you send a bucket of sand. They are on the Next level of not giving a fuck ... Choose something better

Please note that all parcels are handled using automated conveyors. Therefore, it is mandatory that heavy parcels are packed according to our packing guidelines. We recommend using double or triple-walled boxes that are designed for stacking, as the trucks require stacking of boxes. If older or used boxes are employed, they may not withstand the stacking process.
Additionally, since you selected our economy service, please be aware that writing “Fragile” on the box does not alter the handling process. Fragile items should ideally be sent via pallet or freight services, where boxes are not stacked and are handled manually to ensure extra care.
