Great service at the best price. This is the second time I use Ecoparcel to send my parcels abroad. Everything arrived on time. I will use their services again
Arrived in time, price is good; however, the box was damaged, it had been opened, and not sealed properly again, resulting in a couple of smaller items being lost. Luckily, I did not send it directly to the customer. Now I have to replace the box, which cost me €15.
Lately your service is unacceptable, a package which usually arrives in 48 hours, has just arrived after 10 days... The package was completely damaged, not to mention the delay which was unacceptable. Service clients are always very "understanding", except the fact that they are unable to take responsibility for the delays, we have never received any compensation for the huge delay. We always receive the same sentences from them "we understand your frustration". Just to be clear,we are not frustrated, but very very tired of your low quality service... Seems to be obliged to search for another courier service...

After reviewing your order, I see that this parcel was booked on our Super Economy service (€8.12) via parcel lockers, rather than the Regular Cross-Border door-to-door (€18.85) option you’ve used before. With Super Economy, transit times are longer and the clock starts as soon as the package is scanned at the locker or drop-off point—unlike door-to-door, which is picked up from your address and delivered directly to the recipient’s address in 48 hours.
