Everything was ok, I'm happy with ecoparcel services :)

I sent a parcel from Italy to Hungary. Everything went swiftly and smoothly. Thanks!

I have been using differents Trasports company from Poland to Spain and Spain Poland. This is my first time using ecoparcel, and i hope all the new experiences will be the same. Your employees really sympatic and nice, and the package arrive in good state and quite fast. thanks again Alejandro Molina

Good service, fast and cheap

Perdieron mi maleta ya que pegaron una pegatina con la dirección y el nombre de otra persona. Deberían mantener durante todo el trayecto los datos proporcionados por el cliente. A pesar de todo la maleta llegó sana y salva.

Unfortunately, my package arrived in very poor shape. I don't recommand Ecoparcel IF what you're shipping is fragile. On the other hand, I've used this company before and it had worked well.

The best way and very easy

I sent a big package from Sweden to Italy, I got the cheapest price for the dimensions of my box. Charging the EcoBalance is easy and fast with a credit card, but it must be done before filling all the shipping details or you will have to fill them again. The courier came on the day I had requested and the package arrived in the city on the day they had estimated. I don't know why the courier said that they tried to deliver it but didn't succeed, when in fact they never did. It arrived the next day. I'm very satisfied with their service and I will use it again for sure. Highly recommended!

Some issues with the site (bugs etc), but really kind helpers and precise service. Thanks!

There is no way to communicate with with them and the parcel was delivered damaged, even after handle with care and glass stickers were applied. Its cheap for a reason! Great for sending things like teddies or footballs however...
