Pick up on time and fast delivery from Czech Republic to Spain, I will use Ecoparcel again!! 100% Recommended!!

I was looking for a service that could pick up a package in Barcelona and would send it to the Netherlands. I've tried with several delivery services but nobody could offer me the service. Finally I saw Ecoparcel website. I had my doubts about using since I never heard of it before but the website was so easy to use it worked perfect!. Delivery went as expected, the tracking system is very useful. Thank you for your service!

My parcel from Portugal to Sweden arrived on time, no issues. Pick up when they say they would. The delivery is not in hands. The receiver goes pick it up at the location indicated in the letter placed in the post box. Very good. Cheap and fast. Was unsure about the security / safety of the service but it proved itself. Will use it again

They cover all the expectation and even more. They did the parcel collection a day before, as we requested after the order was in place and they deliver the parcel in two days, awesome.

I have to say that even if the transport is very cheap, you should take care about what to put inside and what to use like box. I used my baggage (external part is made of plastic) and it arrives totally destroyed, the plastic was broken in the down part. I am guessing how is possible to broke that. What are they doing with the luggage?? dropping from a second floor?? it is not easy to broke a luggage like that. I will present a complain into the system. I hope that they will take it into consideration and they will offer me a solution like the serious company that they are. I will publish the result when i will have some feedback from their side. The moment arrived They offer meva refund of the transportation fee. Taking into account that the luggage was destroyed this 30 € refund will help to buy a new one. At the end i should say that they are serious and the customer service is ok Regards,
