We are so pleased with the service that came from ECO parcel...From the nice young man that collected the parcel to the support service ie: Liza who was very helpful with all the questions that I asked....What more can I say apart from it is good when staff aim to please and we will recommend eco parcel to all our friends in Spain and UK. I'm from Italy and used Ecoparcel.eu for five times in the last three years to France. I must say that it worked out great for all shipments so I would recommend this service to anyone. I mean that prices are very competitive.

Actually at first I regretted to choosing ecoparcel. I paid online in their website and it said they will pick up in 3 days but it took 10 days for their Swedish agent to come and pick it. This is the one thing they they drove me crazy. But then I thought they would take more than a week to deliver but alas, here they were at my home on the 2rd day since they picked it up

Even if the cost is below the average of other similar service, I can say that the service is barely accetable. I had problems with the courier in Italy (it was SDA) and they couldn't find a way to solve the problem so I had to wait three days in a row waiting for the courier to collect my parcel. The tracking service is totally insufficient: there are no specifications on where the parcel actually is (they only say INBOUND\OUTBOUD with the name of the country where the parcel is). Their customer care is not bad: sometimes they answer to your email twice, saying different things. Still I can't understand why they don't have a phone number for emergencies. I have sent package in the UK several times and this was the one with more problem, luckily the parcel arrived and with no damage.

I sent a parcel from Ireland to Catalonia with Ecoparcel. The parcel was about 5kg, and I just paid 26€. Also, it arrived on time and with no signs of friction.

I sent 2 parcels from Finland to Slovakia. Before collection I got SMS notification, and they came in time. Before delivery I got a phone call. Because of the lots of bad reviews I was really afraid that I will never see my parcels again, but everything was all right. I got my parcels in perfect condition and in time. Good service for good price.

Despite several mistakes made by myself, mainly due to not reading the rules, my parcel got delivered from Spain to England, thanks to the patience, persistence and advice from Larry in the Ecoparcel office. Thanks guys, great job - I will use your service again, but will be more observant next time.
