servicio correcto a muy buen precio. EL paquete fue recogido el día pactado, y llego a casa con dos días de retraso respecto a lo previsto, en perfectas condiciones. Muy buenos precios para el servicio que ofrecen. Lo único, añadir que sería útil que llamasen por teléfono para concretar una hora aproximada de recogida/entrega del paquete.

No Problems Whatsoever. I don't understand why so many horrible reviews. I shipped 4 parcels by now to different countries and never had any serious problems. To be fair, the only thing that's can cause some trouble is that the courier may be a day late to pick up. But hey, if you live in Italy you're used to that attitude, and Ecoparcel cannot really change that- they work with partners as I understand. Would definitely recommend to everyone (just have one day extra to pick up just in case)

My package arrived early after Easter!. I was moving from Italy to Germany and decided to use Ecoparcel to send a huge box which I cannot carry back to Germany. I sent it on Thursday April 2, it arrived on April 8. Considering that it was Easter weekend, I am pleased to get it in a week's time. Thank you!

Great service. I sent several boxes from sweden to belgium. The boxes arrived in 3 working days. The service has been excellent, no problems at all. It is cheap when compared to other companies.

Reliable service, as always. Yet another great experience with EcoParcel. Quick order processing, parcel was picked up on time and delivered promptly, and all this for a great price. That's why you're always my first choice with package deliveries. One thing I would improve is maybe the contact options - there is no phone number and the online contact form sometimes doesn't work, but Facebook customer service was helpful, prompt and courteous. Keep up the great work!
