What could be improved is the collection and delivery time of the parcel. A time frame from 8am till 6pm is rather long period, I guess it would be nice if it would be possible to receive some kind of message a short time before they arrive to collect or deliver the parcel. Other than that I had really good experience with Ecoparcel. I send twice already big moving boxes from Denmark to the Netherlands. One time it took around two weeks and the other time it took two days. I guess it is important to be prepared that it will not always be fast, but eventually it is going to arrive. When I was able to stay home to wait for the delivery also not for the second try of the delivery it was simply dropped at a close by locations from where I was able to pick it up. I also was able to select this pick up station myself. Which was in the beginning not really clear to me but after doing some research on the website of Ecoparcel it turned out to be really easy. The second time the driver called me and left it in front of my door. All in all I would recommend Ecoparcel. I think it is a very nice option to send bigger items from country to country and the price is really good!

My packed arrived with over one month delay despite being in the warehouse. They didn't reply to any of my queries via email. By the time it arrived I had already given up and had in fact already bought replacement presents. Would not recommend it.

Caution !! Have not you a receipt left on your stuff that you send with them you will not get a cent on how damaged your things are !! NOT using them again !!

My parcel arrived three days late, and the box was opened. Some of the items were food and it was just spread all over the box. I really do not reccomend it. Is worth to pay a bit more but go into another company.

I sent 6 parcels from Portugal to Italy on the 27th December. Only five of them were delivered on the 6th January. I immediately emailed Ecoparcel. I first received an empty message by Larry. Later Liza replied stating she would have been in touch with the relevant depot. Meanwhile I checked the labels on the received parcels, got the GLS tracking ID and emailed GLS as well. Apparently, Ecoparcel mixed up theshipping labels in a way that the parcel which is missing, according to the company records, was actually delivered. GLS replied within a few hours and verified all details specifying that they need a tracer request by Ecoparcel in order for them to find my parcel. Yet, I cannot raise this tracer by myself because they are the middleperson between me and the carrier. Moreover, in case confirmed that my parcel is lost, Ecoparcel will be refunded by GLS but I will not get any refund because according to their policy the invoice of every single object in the parcel is necessary. Even though I paid for insurance. I received last email by Liza on 9th of January, she said she was monitoring this for me. Worst customer service experience ever. As far as I can see, if a problem arises, they do not step in.There is no contact number in any language, they do not reply to emails and just take time and waste yours. I would never recommend this company and certainly I will never ship through them again Stay away from this company and please flag your case to the Ombusdman in the UK!! 19/01/2017 Update: Liza replied to my email saying that the package was delivered. She did not even take the chance to follow up with it. Appalling customer service!!!

I have sent a Thermomix in the original package. It's a big box 40x40x60cm. You tell me how a big box can "disappear"!! I asked the courier documentation since the item as been picked up. They do not answer to my emails. I want to take a legal action in order to close down this website. Please join me into this legal action. (scorpio800382 at gmail com) DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

parcel collected last and than than any news. the box has not been delivred. I've send thousend of claims and mail and I'va heard anything about my box. It' s a shame. They read my messeges and the do not answer. No phone number, unclear trancking page. I've lost more than € 100 thanks to this orrible company. DO NOT USE THIS WEBSITE

Never trust them. I booked a collection of 10 boxes via Eco Parcel as I am moving back to my country and after one day spent waiting at home no one showed up to collect my order. I'm flying back to Italy on Monday morning and I cannot reschedule my trip neither I can keep the boxes in the flat because other people are moving in, that means, I am screwed!!! I'm trying to claim my money back and hopefully I'll get it. If not, I'll keep emailing them until they fully refund me. Plus there is no way to speak with someone via telephone and considering it's 2017 this is simply unacceptable. I'll contact another company, more expensive yet more efficient. Don't trust them!!!
