This is the second time I have used Ecoparcel,and am extremely satified with the service.A days delay in picking the parcel up....but because I recieved notification about it being picked up the following day it was no problem.Tracking all the way along the journey was reassuring,and the speed from The Vendee in France to Cheltenham was amazing! Parcel arrived in good condition,what more can you ask for! Great!

Its the firs time send I used this company and they doo a good job and in time. I recomand to enyoane.

I have used it many times and it went well. But the courier should call if nobody opens the door. This time he did not and they have to deliver again the day after

We used the service to pick up in Italy and transport to Germany several times already. Everything run smoothly. Even the journey of the packages was always the same, parcels arrived not all at the same day. But we're super pleased. Would be even better, if we could actually see which postal service is doing the job.

I am very disappointed about your services, my parcel arrived all dameged, and it was put in other box , and my stuff from the inside was broken .
