Horrible and ineffective customer service. No solutions ever offered when they loose a parcel or don't pick it up.

Good price, significant delay, poor info. Good price, no damage. But, 5 days delay and no information available on tracking except the last day. Can be improved, I'll give a second chance.
EcoParceli vastus
Hello,
Thank you for your honest feedback and for the second chance. We are glad the price was good and the parcel arrived undamaged. We have reviewed the tracking and agree that the parcel stayed in the origin country for a long time before moving on, and that there were few updates in between. We are sorry about the delay and will pass your feedback on to our delivery partners.

Kirjuta arvustus
E-kiri sisaldab ainulaadset kinnitatud kutset arvustuse kirjutamiseks.
- Kohaletoimetamise kiirus (tarneaeg).
- Kohaletoimetamise kvaliteet (paki seisukord).
- Klienditeeninduse kogemus.
