First time using your company and will be the last. Followed track your parcel to find out what was happening, screen says collected, supplier says otherwise ! A whole week later it gets collected! Question is , why the lies ????

Everything worked perfectly, I would only like to have the possibility of a higher insurarance value, but other than that the service was very fast ,reliable and not too expensive. If I can add a request, it would be very nice to have also the tracking number of the final courier in order to get more detailed information.

very good service only one thing upset me that the carrier didn't pickup my packages infront of my flat which I live in 2nd floor, which make me bring the packages (50 kg) to him down the building.. and the price is confused me cause when i fill the form it ask me about the dimensions which make the price higher than the original

Ordering process was easy and prices good. Delivery to the Netherlands was speedy (2days) but collection from France 3 days later than actually booked so that was not perfect. All-in-all however a good service, which I may well use again.

If something needs to be sent across any part of Europe. Highly recommended. tested multiple sites and this was the cheapest safest and quickest way of getting a parcel delivered. Quick response time and accurate timeframes. What could make it better would be when out for delivery to call client jus to be sure they are home. Was lucky enough to be home to collect the goods. Will use again. Cheers!
