I sent a luggage from Budapest to Italy. It took 4 working days with GLS company. the price is good compare with others.

I sent a box from Spain to Czech Republic. They came to pick it up on Thursday and I received it on Wednesday. The only little complain I have is that one of the sides of the box had a slit. Luckily I had nothing inside so small to fall.

I will tell you my experience with Ecoparcel. I made a request to send a box on April 12, I said they would pick it up on the 14th, but they did not until the 18th. On the day of the pickup, I reported that the box arrived in a maximum of two days. Well, today, April 28 (after 16 days) I still have not got my box. Worst of all is that in the tracking of the package appears for more than a week that the box is in Belgium. He wrote like 5 or 6 messages to the company and no one answers me, and there is no phone to call. A box that I can say is valued at more than 1000 €. I still have no answer and I do not know what else to do ...

My parcel should have arrived today but I just received an email where is written that the courier didn't find anyone at home. I' m home but nothing arrived. I tried to contact them for help and resend the parcel but no answer. Last time happened the same but the courier left a letter to have the possibility to pick the parcel up directly from the post office. I don't know why this time is written that if in the next delivery none is home the parcel will be send back to the shipper. I really don't understand.

The whole experience was awful! I booked a delivery on the 13th of April from Italy to London and I've just found out that the parcel has been sent back to Italy!!! In your website it says it was successfully delivered!!!! In the last few weeks I have exchanged several messages with your customer service staff Melissa and Larry which didn't help me much in tracking down my parcel. This morning I found out by calling dpd customer service that ecoparcel never provided dpd with my phone number or email address(they also sent me an email where saying no infos were provided as prove), so their courier couldn't contact me directly to arrange time/date, and because they didn't have further information from you when the parcel went back at the depot two days ago, today it was sent back to Italy! I can't believe I've spent last two week waiting for having news and now all my things are back to Italy. I needed some of the item in the box with urgency. I want all my money back and a compansation for this unpleasant miscommunication.

Quick, safe anf you know where your parcel is at all time. I would really recommend this company!
