I used your service for delivery a luggage from Turin to Tolouse. The pick up was pretty fast and the luggage was in Toulouse after 2 days. However, my luggage has been around the city 2 weeks since the currier was not able to find the entrance of the biggest student campus of Toulouse. The luggage has not yet been delivered. I contacted yuor customer service. Their reply was always punctual and very fast, but they didn't solve the problem. I am absolutely upset. Honestly, I won't recommend your service to anybody.

Fast delivery and package in excellent condition. Just perfect.

Overall it was a smooth experience, parcels sent from Dublin to Madrid. Packages received on time but boxes broken. Gls did the service in Dublin, unhappy when they asked me to bring the parcels to the truck when service is door to door.

Everything worked out fine. The shipping was very fast with no problems. Only the tracking and time for pickup and delivery could be more precise.
