Our package has been "out for delivery" for five days. We can get no response from the company other than "don't leave your house and wait longer." Seriously? We've spent five days indoors. And there has been absolutely no attempt by the company to resolve this issue. Don't use this company. Go anywhere else.

There was a mistake on the sticker. It was absent the names if the sender and of recipient and the address. It was reported only the country of destination Lithuania, but was wrong.

Would love to receive more feedback on delivery... Which company is doing it etc. Support is slow and not useful

Good service collect and deliver on time.

First time user. Booked a parcel from Barcelona to home in Sussex. Collected promptly, kept informed and delivered on time. I'll use them again.

I was very esitant to ship a parcel (with bottles and souvenir) from Latvia to Sicily, but in spite of holidays and non-working days my parcel arrived in perfect condition in 5 working days. Surely I used it again, and I will advise it.

No connection between customer service and the courier, needs 11 days to complete the delivery

Unacceptable experience. I sent two packages from Slovakia: one for Italy and one for Spain. The packages were mixed and they sent in Italy the package for the Spain and in Spain the package for the Italy even though the labels were sticked correctly. I'm so disappointed that I haven't received yet ANY support for the customer service. That's really unacceptable!
