The shipper (GLS) that collect the parcel from my home town was really rude with my parents(he refuse twice to collect and was shouting to my parents), and the pack stayed 9 days to arrive to the final (usually it takes 4 working days) address, due to the fact that GLS said the parcel was too heavy and they had difficulties to dispach it , the pack was also damaged during the dispaching, and broken and fixed with plastic stick. I can provide also picture of the damages received. The GLS employee said me that the booking was done for 10 kg, and not 50kg ( the amount I payed on the website ecoparcel.eu) that's why he refused twice to collect the parcel but finally he accepted the parcel. Hope next shipping will be better!

My experience is really bad. I have used Ecoparcel to send three boxes from Budapest to Barcelona. They arrived in five days. The boxes were really damaged, my clothes were going out from the boxes. Some of my glasses have been destroyed (they were cover with bubble paper). The carrier was GLS.

Collection worked perfect although only booked a day in advance. Delivery was fast.

As promised it took 5 days The people that I was in contact were very polite and nice. The phone contact helped the delivery to be smooth

Very good but... I usually use Ecoparcel, and never had any complaints, but it's now the second time that they fail to pick up on the day agreed, and with no notice. I have to check the tracking all the time to make sure they are really coming. Now I started to schedule the pick ups in my work place, because I cannot stay in the house the whole day and then no one comes. Very frustrating. But all the other times the service was really good and fast delivery, and I'm very pleased to work with them. Let's hope this little issue may be solved in the future.
