I was generally satisfied of the service, the carrier came the scheduled day for the parcel pick-up and he called me before coming. The only friction has been the time delivery, since my parcels arrived at home after 7 days instead of 2-4 days as indicated on the website. Apart from the time delivery to be improved, I would recommend Ecoparcel.

I am still waiting for my parcel to be delivered one week after uplift To go from Spain to Portugal it has gone via Germany.... then I'm told the address can't be found and my telephone number doesn't work.... when I reconfirmed them, I'm told all they can do is apologise..... My Facebook messsages have bee read and not replied to and the only time someone replies is around 2am European time. I realise they are based in India but if you deal with a lot of European business then customers should be able to communicate in their time zone The response to this message was that I would receive a refund...... I am still waiting for it! Today the response is as my parcel was eventually delivered there is no r Requirement for a refund!!! They told me on this for I WOULD be refunded!!!! Shocking!!

My parcel arrived after 5 days and in good conditions. You can track your parcel and you get an update on the day your parcel is about to be delivered. Really good service and good price. I definitely reccommend it!

Very quick pick up and kept updated on a regular basis on its progress..

I've been waiting the whole day for my parcel to be collected (i'm leaving the country tomorrow) but no one ever came. I received an email saying the parcel wasn't collected because i wasn't home which is completely untrue as i spent the whole day waiting for it. And now when i went to fill in a ticket to the service they say my order doesn't exist ! This is the worst service i have encountered.
