The parcel arrived fine. However, the collection-process was very unsatisfactory. In my order, collection date was specified as 4. July. Now, ecoparcel says couriers will arrive between 8am and 6pm - so I stayed home for this time. No courier arrived. Naturally, I wanted to contact ecoparcel. This, however, proved difficult as the entire 'help'-tab of their website did not work (I tried two different browsers). Eventually, I just contacted them on facebook. I got a really fast reply even though it was after hours - so thumbs up for that. The customer service said they did not know why my parcel had not been collected, but assured me that it would be collected tomorrow then. At this point, I wasn't quite trusting the site anymore, so I did not stay home until 6pm the next day. This was the right move, as no courier came then either. Finally, on thursday (original collection was scheduled for tuesday), I got an EMAIL informing me that collection would happen today.... I did not even know I should expect an email as confirmation. And I think it's pretty obvious that people will not await an email confirming collection when it explicitly says 'collection date xxx' in the order-confirmation. Additionally, the customer service could definitely have told me I'd only need to stay home if such an email arrived. So I, personally, was not exactly satisfied with this whole experience, but will say that ecoparcel does provide a cheap and - apart from the collection-date issues - good service.

Couldn`t recommend this parcel delivery service highly enough, they made my ordeal of having to transport 4 years worth of text books from Netherlands to Ireland following my graduation so easy. A pleasure to experience their professionalism. Thank you all at Ecoparcel. :)

To my surprise, the box was barely recognizable. It was destroyed, opened, shattered. I haven't had the opportunity to open it myself and check if anything was broken or stolen (which I assume it has been) because it was sent to my fathers house and I'm not there currently. The box looks like it has been dragged the 3800km that separates Romania from Spain. Is this the kind of service you proudly boast about? Destroying a normal box (it's not a massively large o heavy box, it was 60*45*30 and 20kg) is not the kind of standard I would have my company held to. I think it's a disgrace that this has been allowed and I disappointed and disrespected like a slap to the face. I have important personal belongings there and it is clear to me now that those are not the kind of issues your company cares about. I will personally make sure no one I know of ever makes the mistake of hiring your irresponsible services, since the only thing you obviously care about is money. This is NOT how you treat people.

It was in time picked up A cheap price and after a short time in germany. So well done.
