I would have preferred 3 and a half stars. They got the parcel there for me and no damage was reported. Didn´t even take too long. But the tracking at least at the start for three or four days it kept reporting Parcel Collected. It took about four days to leave Spain and then the tracking improved. What you need to do is to look at the label they produce and get the tracking number from that which gives far better tracking. The problem is that you need to know the company they are using but that should be on the receipt.

Mi experiencia fue genial, no tuve ningún problema al enviar mi maleta de Irlanda a España. Recogida y entrega en las casas con aviso para que pueda haber alguien.

Everything was great. The packages arrived very early. The only improvement they could make would be by including an estimated delivery date.

Great way of sending items or getting items collected. My personal favourite part of EcoParcel is that 'No Labels Need To Be Printed' I use EcoParcel mostly for collection and I can't guarantee the third party has a printer, makes my life that little bit simpler. Now for the bad part, I live in Spain and the address section I fill out for Spain is completely jumbled when I complete it. This seriously needs (excuse the pun) addressing. The part for 'collection from' U.K. Address is perfect.

lo scorso anno mi hanno perso la valigia. non mi hanno dato neanche un euro(hanno smesso di rispondermi alle email e sono ricomparsi dopo mesi dicendomi che non prendevano la richiesta in considerazione). avevo mandato una raccomandata con ricevuta di ritorno che era ritornata in italia (dato che non hanno numeri di telefono e non rispondono alle email). dal momento che vivo a londra sono andata all'indirizzo di 71-75 covent garden shelton street dove dicono di avere la sede legale e dove mi avevano fatto mandare la raccomandata e nessun ecoparcel è mai esistito né esiste tutt'ora a questo indirizzo. sono quindi andata sotto consiglio del portiere dell'edificio a denunciare il fatto alla polizia e spero vivamente chiudano questa compagnia il prima possibile.

Fast and efficient

I have received a package today which was opened and re-packed, which is not something I would expect any serious company to do.Nobody has mentioned that there was a problem with my package and it had to be repacked. Even when it was delivered. I have received and sent many packages with eco-parcel and it was the first time ever that my package was opened!!!! I would expect the goods to arrive even if they are broken as a prove that you did not go through my package or taken any items within it. Note! I got the refund the next day and the customer service was quick to answer my e-mail!

The deliver was excellent, no problems and the sending was according to the dates.

questa revisione è richiesta sul sistema di booking, quindi è positiva anche la spedizione del pacco ha funzionato bene tuttavia una precedente spedizione è arrivata con circa un mese di ritardo, quindi la valutazione complessiva su ecoparcel rimane molto incerta

I got my parcel in four days which I appreciate. However it is extremely frustrating not to know exactly at what time and which day it is going to arrive. I had to spend 4 full days at home doing nothing but waiting for the parcel. It is very unconvenient Maybe a phone number for customer service would be nice and a better schedule of tracking the parcels. Some delivery services (such as fedex) manage to provide the day and the hour of the delivery. I guess it can also be possible for ecoparcel to do so. The customers will be much happier and the reviews much nicer.
