Collected on schedule and arrived on schedule. Excellent service. I was worried that a high value item was under-insured having misread the number of zeros but there was no problem just a few sleepless nights!

Parcel delivered personally in perfect condition. Delivery time, less than expected. Customer support provided in a timely manner by email. I truly recommend ecoparcel!

Only issue is that you can't 'phone to discuss any problems. Although the email support is good, by the time a response comes in (usually 24 hours later) the problem has usually been resolved or resolved itself. Also the driver didn't collect on the designated day due to running out of time. The updates on where parcels are are a bit sporadic, and sometimes there are no updates for 3/4 days, then there is an update advising that the goods were delivered 3 days before. This was the case with the first parcel I sent. The second parcel sat in France for 5 days before being shipped to the UK, so I try to do my shipments on Mondays or Tuesdays now rather than the end of the week as most of my shipments are from France to the UK. This was a bit concerning at first as I am a new customer, however I am getting used to the way ecoparcel works and gradually putting my trust in it so will see how it goes over the next few months. The third parcel went to the Netherlands and arrived within 4 days and I have no complaints about the service or the updates.

Quatastrophic!!! Do not use this firm! It seems like they do not exist anymore. My parcel hasn't been picked up in two days and I receive no answer to none of my questions. Look for another provider!!

Everything worked well. Exactly 1 week from pickup till delivery (Sweden-Portugal).
