I created an order 8 days ago and I am still waiting for it to be collected. The ticketing system seems to be not working as I am still did not get an answer either. Not happy with the "no news" from my parcel.

The service was good and within established time frame. Will use Ecoparcel again.

So easy to use and reliable. Delivery was on time too. Would definitely use again. X

very good service. the only drawback is that you cannot be sure of the time the courier will get your pack.

The promised time for delivery was 2-4 days, it took 11. This is disappointing.

Il call center di ecoparcel continua a non rispondere alla mail riguardo il risarcimento del pacco smarrito. Vi avviso che ho inviato lettera legale di messa in mora e se non verrò risarcito partirà denuncia legale alla procura europea. Ho contattato anche il SIg. Celkonas (direttore di Ecoparcel?) e non ho ricevuto risposta neanche da lui.

I do not recommend this company at all. They lost one of my boxes beginning of September. I should have a refund but no news from their customer service. It gives the impression that they do all they can to not refund me. 3 months that I am expecting a refund. It is unacceptable. It is the first time in my life I had such a bad experience with a company.
