Great service and really good value for money, it did take a bit longer than I thought but all in all I would use it again.

Bon service, mais le livreur ne monte pas au 5ème étage, et j'ai donc dû descendre mes colis : On perd donc tout l'intérêt du service à domicile.

waiting for collection for 4 days, no sign of courier, impossible to make contact, no response anywhere, facebook , customer service, nobody there, didnt get refund

I have an item broke

I required a refund which I was told would be refunded to my original payment method however it was only credited to my account. I could not solve this problem due to having no support team that you can ring up, only emails which are answered painfully slowly. My parcel however was collected and internationally delivered within 4 days. Happy with this service.

Collected in the day that was asked and it took 3 days to be delivered from Hungary to Poland (just before Christmas so it is perfect).

Although the price is reasonable, I did not appreciate the pickup schedule. Basically, I had to stay home on pickup and delivery days as they did not tell me when they will come. With the world of apps and connectivity, it is not that hard to mention a more precise pickup hour. I hope this minor problem is resolved soon. Thank you!
