it's a cheap convenient door to door delivery service. my suitcase arrived in 4 days, will definitely choose it again!

Trying to get back the money for an order they were not able to make already for a month! They don't answer to my messages, however i write them every day. And it's impossible to call them because they dont have a hotline (how comfortable). Completely unreliable company

I use Ecoparcel.eu a good few times during the year . and have always find it so handy, as my Daughter lives in France and we like to send Her items from Home, The men who collect and deliver the boxes for me are always very helpful. And when it reaches France the man there who delivers to my daughter has come to know her from delivers and will take it up her stairs for Her. So id give it 10 out of 10 and overall very happy with the service provided,And have recommended to a lot of our friends who now use your service Thank you ,

The couriers and the whole service were accurate and on time. I received the parcels very soon and I was always notified in the early morning via email about the next delivery. Cons: some parcels may arrive with some openings, so be sure you pack them well. Nothing lost or damaged.

Managed to leave my purse and diary at the hotel in Spain but would miss my flight home if I went back for it. Used Ecoparcel to collect it and i would definately recommend it. They were fast and inexpensive.

I must say my boxes where not in best shape and one of my items was broken :(
