Great service and low price, it delivered in a few days. I would recommend to anyone. The box was a little bit damaged on it’s edges, but everything inside was ok.
I can not reach out to Ecoparcel support online and I can not reach out to the shipping company. I saw on the tracker that the package is out for delivery, but no-one called me to agree on a certain time when I can get the package. I don't have a clue what is happening with my package. The whole shipping chain needs to work well for a good service.
The only thing I didn't like was the fact you have to have a number from the country u send the packages and also from the country you where you wanna receive them. In my case, i was sending from sweden and the driver didn't pick up the packages on the day we schedule because he didn't found the house and refused to call to my portuguese number.. Had to find a Swedish number and to book the pick up day again. Anyway, the service was pretty good, they answer back really fast and are really helpful and friendly. I recommend it!

The service itself was ok and no drama. The customer services side is hardly quality. Tracking claims to have collected the parcel when it was sitting by my desk, and customer services seem not to be bothered by the system lying. At least the parcel got there in one piece. Improve the customer service... replying two days after I sent the query, especially when you only have email support, to tell me what I already know and then ignore my response is not very good Oh, they also sent another survey request that does not go to TrustPilot. Guess what, the link does not work. You cannot tell them either... since they send from a no reply address.
Delivery on time and only some minor bump on the box (I shipped using a wooden box, so it was not a major problem)
