Ecoparcel lost my package, then completely stopped communicating. I purchased additional insurance when sending the package but it is impossible to get anyone to answer my claim requests. They didn't even reimburse me the money that I paid for the shipping: it is locked in my "ecoparcel balance" to use in the future, even though after this experience I wouldn't dream of using it again, so it's as good as lost. Most people seem to be happy with their services, but be advised that if there is a problem and the package gets lost, you'll never get any of it back.

The only reason that I have not given this service 5 stars is because the customer service and the online tracking let it down. Because the tracking information was incorrect I wasted my money on a very expensive premium rate customer service telephone call, which did not answer and several emails which were answered but far too slowly. In the end the courier did turn up on the day he was supposed to collect and the parcel was delivered in only three days but the tracking was informing me that it had been delivered when it hadn't actually been delivered until later in the day. I know this because I sent the parcel to my daughter.

They kept their word, I received the parcels on time. I must say, though, that everyone box arrive in a bad condition.

The headphone I had inside were broken (very weird) and the order came almost literally frozen. The rest was OK
