I was a little scared after the reviews before and panicking all the time but I had nothing to worry about and will use Ecoparcel and GLS now for the rest of my packages I need to move over :) I shipped a test package from Ireland to Germany, it was picked up on Friday and arrived the following Wednesday. Everything was handled professionally. The driver called me before he came, then quickly took the package and gave me a receipt. I was able to follow the delivery progress on the website and when my parcel arrived there was a small rip on the handle area but thats fine as the box was heavy and just cardboard. Nothing lost, nothing missing, perfect service, thank you so much! I'm hopefully my next review when I send my life with them will be the same :D As I'm trying to move the rest of my stuff next so I can move to Germany! Wish me luck guys!, I trust them enough to try!

Un servizo a 5 stelle!

Parcel was collected 12th December but not delivered. It is now in a warehouse in Italy with no signs of it being delivered to me or back to the original destination. I no longer get email replies from Ecoparcel and there is no other way of contacting them. Very unprofessional service.

Everything went well and the parcel was delivered in time. Great communication with customers and service, and good prices too! I highly recommend Ecoparcel.

The worst company forever. I am waiting the courier from 3 days and it never come. The customer support does not answer to my email e there is no a number for calling. I lost my money. DO NOT USE IT!
