shipping service was ok, but when I paid it happened that twice the payment didn't go through Ecoparcel but money have been withdrawn from my account. After three months of waiting the refund I haven't seen the money yet... The ID of my request was #54176. Please, Ecoparcel, sort this out. Thank you.

Easy and timely pickup, tracking notifications kept me from needing tp proactively check, and packages arrived in excellent condition within the anticipated timeframe. Good experience!

The service was great, it only was a bit difficult not knowing exactly when the parcel would be taken.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY - October -They took a week to collect the parcel even though I booked next day collection -The item arrived a week later damaged and not at the recipients address. I then had to open a claim to be refunded the damages during transit by the courier. I was told on numerous occassions from their customer services that the claim is being handled. This is now February - I have been to the ECC and have no choice but to take legal action against this company - they did not act within in the agreed service i paid for and have now lost a considerable amount of money and time.

Fast, reliable and cheap. I strongly recommend people to use ecoparcel for shipping stuffs safely.

Unfortunately I had a truly terrible experience with this courier. They lost one of my packages and after two weeks of contacting them, I have still to receive a response from their customer services. Their website interface is great to use, that is, unless you need to get in contact with them, which is impossible. My package was insured because it was quite valuable and urgent, but so far I have not been contacted about my insurance claim either. Spectacularly awful experience.
