Courier pick up the parcels 3 days latter, after a lot of calls to GLS, ecoparcel do not answer to my emails. I hope the parcel will be delivery in time..... but I am very sceptical.

Very effective, in time and a good.solution to transport goods safely. It would be nice to have a more accurate time of the picking up and also the development of an app to improve communication. Basic stuff that do not impeed me to recommend the.service.

ALL THE POSSITIVE REVIEWS ARE FAKE! This "company" should be closed and do not offer their "service" anymore. They are not responding to my claims, they lost/stolen my parcel! Pls do not order anything from them!

I had used Ecoparcel in the past, but this time they didn't come to pick my packet. The online customer Center and the option to get a refund are disabled, and they did not answer the phone either. My last attempt was to write a signed and certified letter to the official Ecoparcel's address, but it was returned because "the Receiver was not found in that address"... So no delivery, no customer service, no money back and no real contact data. But they are keeping indeed the money anyway. Such a scam! :(
