Good afternoon, our order form uses Google maps automations to only suggest collection details, we do not override the details that are entered by the shipper. I do see that one order was cancelled due to incorrect collection address, second order was successfully delivered. Nonetheless, we have already issued a refund of failed order. Have a nice day!
The courier didn't call before. He didn't want to come back later and he cancelled my order. A new order is only available 5 days later!!

I'm sorry to hear that, every courier tries to do a collection two times before cancelling, furthermore, we do next day collections, could you please contact us via the chat and clarify the issue you are having? My packages arrived so damaged. The carton box was falling apart upon arrival. The tracking system kept on giving false information. I had a piece of wood and a frame inside my packages that got broken... It's to say how badly they must have handled the package. The delivery took longer than advertised. Overall I'm very disappointed by the service and would not use again or recommend.
